Deposits and Fees
- The security deposit is $1200.00 with approved credit.
- A non-refundable $50 application fee is required per adult.
- All income must be verifiable. Equivalent income may also be used to meet qualifying requirements by providing the most recent tax return or three consecutive bank statements and or current pay stubs covering one month.
- Employment verification is mandatory.
- A satisfactory rental history is mandatory.
- A satisfactory credit history is mandatory.
- There can be no prior evictions on the part of renter and or co-signer.
- A co-signer will be accepted for the income requirement.
- All applicants will have their credit checked for application approval.
- Prices, deposit amounts, fees and lease terms are subject to change.
- No smoking permitted.
- All lease terms are for a period of one year (12 months).
- All utilities are paid directly by the resident. Trash and recycling containers are located in the garage and are included in the rent.
